Four months. It sounds so small when you say it out loud, but when I think about everything those four months hold — every laugh, every late-night call, every little moment I've saved in my heart — it feels like a whole world we've built together.
I don't think you know how often I think about you. It happens quietly, in the middle of ordinary things — when a song comes on, when I see something funny and immediately want to tell you, when I'm half-asleep and your voice is the last thing I'm thinking about.
Being apart right now is one of the hardest things I've felt in a while. But every time I feel that distance, I also feel how real this is — how much you mean to me. Distance just made that clearer.
